Hot Dog Flu

When you eat too many hot dogs late at night and so you wake up feeling like you have the stomach flu.

Guy 1: “I think I have the stomach flu.”
Guy 2: “No, you ate too many hot dogs last night, I think it’s just hot dog flu.”
