When an individual or animal is so sexually active or in 'heat', that they'll "hump" anything.

"Wow, Stacy must be a bit humperactive today. That's the fifth guy she's come on to!"

"Ok, have you considered getting your cat spayed . She's pretty humperactive and won't leave anyone alone at this party!"

"Um, Mike, have you considered getting your dog neutered? I appreciate the visit, but he seems very humperactive and I'm missing my daughters' stuffed animals!"
