When people try to act hyphy when they're not. Origininated in the sucka free city around 2005, possibly a reference to typhoid fever, an illness caused by the bacterium Salmonella Typhi.

William: This party is off the heezy, dawg! Let's get hyphy!
Tron: Dawg, who says dawg? You got the hyphoid fever.
