A Rastafarian term for God. Ultimately, this is an alternative way of saying "Jah", which is the more common way to refer to God. Jah Jah is usually used as a way to refer to God in a very affectionate way.

Originating in Dublin, Ireland, jah jah jah is derived from the spanish term jajaja. It came about after a group of cool college students attempted to speak Spanish. Much like the word yes, jah jah jah is used to give an affirmative response. However the main difference lies in the fact that only the coolest people can properly use the term and upon proper use, grants a magical power which allows you to hear the words in the voice of the last person you heard say it.
Sean: Are you hungry?
Lauren: jah jah jah!
Sean: Surprise surprise...
Sean: I'm the best!
Lauren: jah jah jah!
Dat voice tho!
Lamb: jah jah jah
Sean: Ugh, you don't even...

the meaning of the phrase is actually "Oh God" or "Good God"
