Jail-lag

Similar to jet-lag, jail-lag is the time/routine shift which a person experiences after being in jail for more than just a few days.

After serving 18 days in jail being forced into an unusual routine, a person experiences jail-lag after returning to the "free" world.

Jail-lag

When a person is released from jail after several years and behaves as if they are still the same age as they went in.

She got jail-lag because after spending 5 years locked up, she is still acting like she's 18 .
