Fucking idiot, or at least acts like it. Good luck trying to be friends with his introvert ass, but if you do become friends with a Jovaan know he will never let you down. He dosent like expressing emotion except for LAUGHING or DONT FUCKING TALK TO ME. Is usually nice to anyone.
