To be simultaneously cowed and awed into silence by the audacious stupidity of an obviously ridiculous argument. Usually a result of making the mistake of taking an ignorant, mentally ill cow seriously on the Internet.

People on Twitter think they win the debate because their opponents are khawed into submission and they take stunned silence as a win.
