Killua Zoldyck is one of the most misunderstood anime characters out there!
He comes from a long line of family assassins, filled with people who expect him to carry on their legacy.
Despite not 'being allowed' to have FEELINGS, he does anyways (because he's human, and he deserves to).
He's number 99 in the Hunter Exams.
As for his personality, he easily gets jealous, he's very loyal to his friends, and he likes to rebel.
He's just a kid who wants to have fun with his boyfriend, Gon Freecss.
