Someone who chooses to eat large animals to save lives.

Instead of ordering shrimp fried rice with its dozens of shrimp, a largivore would order pork or beef fried rice, reducing the number of animals used. Or substitute tuna for scallops.

A species of Homo sapiens with the sub species designation of largivorus to designate them as a hominid that eats all foods in excess of caloric requirements and subsequently becomes quite large.
