When you have to pee really bad, especially while laughing and/or in a car, and begin to have the feeling that you are going to urinate on the seat of the car.

Mary: I can't stop laughing!

Jill: Girl, don't you have to pee?
Mary: Yes! I'm going to have a loose leaky on your seat!
