lwm

I made a song titled 'lwm' or 'live with me.'

Definitions:

1) a kind slang that might inspire rapport with another human being. Doesn't have to be literal, it can be metaphorical. It can be used as a synonym of saying 'lets hang out,' or 'come over to my place.'

a) However, if someone has *suicidal thoughts, or experiencing depression and you know about it, this might be a good slang term to text them to provide a sense of comradery, friendship, caring for them; in Spanish: cariΓ±o. A kind gesture to accept them as they are. To not judge.

2) it can also be interpreted as being mindful, in other words living in the present and not be so anxious about the future or depressed about the past.

3) if someone has had a troubled/traumatic past, they would be better off accepting and embracing, instead of shunning, or pittying their former self. Providing a refuge for that former self can provide mental health and fortitude. 'lwm' can be interpreted as that former self reaching out to the present self to reunite.

Footnote:

*Suicidal thoughts are different from feeling suicidal. Suicidal thoughts are thoughts about what if you commited suicide. Feeling suicidal, on the other hand, means the person has a plan of action to commit suicide and are very depressed. They need medical attention in that case. One that knows about this should immediately call 911 or CIT (Crisis Intervention Team) if your city has one.

1)

Person A: Hey, lwm on Saturday?
Person B: Aww, sure, I am off work :)
Person A: :)

a)

Person A: Hey...
Person B: Sup
Person A: I have suicidal thoughts, ngl
Person B: Do you need help? Should I call 911?
Person A: No! No, don't, just...I am down in the dumps, I had a falling out with my family, and need someone to talk to...
Person B: Are you sure? Lets talk.
Person A: Yeah! Just suicidal thoughts.
Person B: Ok...first of all...lwm :)
Person A: :')

Or

(Modified scene from the movie Whiplash FYI)
Person A: hello there...
Person B: yeah?
Person A: well you see I find you attractive, lwm?
Person B: omg I am going to block you!
Person A: oohhh...I am sorry...I didn't mean to upset you!
Person B: ...
Person A: ...
Person B: lol I was just kidding...
Person A: oh...haha

2)

Person A: I am worried about the future
Person B: lwm
Peraon A: True

3)

Person: I really despise the lazy side of me, in highschool I didn't try, I plagerized, I cheated, in college all of that is going to change! I am going to study, study, study!
Conscience: lwm in the present and past, don't remove yourself from yourself. Even if it is something you don't/didn't like about yourself. Learn to forgive, and not seperate yourself from yourself.

instant messaging speak for "laugh with me". also: lw/m. often used when your comment receives no "lol" or "lqtm". so order your recipient/buddy to laugh! usually replied with a "l@u" or "l@me", meaning your comment was unfunny to begin with. sorry

player 1: yeah, like the time you busted your ass trying to impress rick. then he dated me instead. that was hilarous!
player 2:(no response for few minutes)
player 1: come on! lwm!
player 2: l@u. totally unfunny, ya whore.
player 1: (signs off)

*the end of a relationship*
