Describing someone who has the physical attributes of marfan's syndrome, including but not limited to disproportionately long fingers and having a long and very slender build.

Person 1: Yo why is Mark so skinny? Doesn't he eat like 5 meals a day?

Person 2: I heard it's because he's marf'd up.
