A moistie cadet is a girl who is too young to be a moistie, but has greater than a 90% chance to become a moistie when she turns 16.

Joe1: "Damn, look at those hot-ass moisties"
Joe2: "Let's see their faces"
Joe1: "Whoa, they're like 13, but they're definitely (moistie) cadets"
