a) The act of over selling something with intense hype and not deliver in the claims made previous.

"yo man, i bought the game you told me to get and not a DAMN thing was true about what he does in it. Next time i catch you Molyneuxing I'm going to punch you in the eye!!!"
Derived from famous video game idiot, Peter Molyneux. This word is used to convey that you over hyped something repeatedly.
What? You said this was 'literally the best thing you've ever tasted.' You so Molyneuxed this food.
To not deliver to previous promises made regarding the development of something.
To not meet high expectations set by the person (the Molyneux).
The developers of that game really pulled a Molyneux this time.
It looked so good - it turned out to be nothing more than Molyneux.

One who is of the extreme gay variety, can also be described as a "fairy" or "drug addict", one to be avoided in the corridor otherwise you will be forced into conversations about such things as dildos, or rhosneigr

The mindset of a game developer who thinks that his/her game can deliver 'everything (the audience) has ever hoped for' in a game of that genre.
This mindset is named for the developer of Fable, Peter Molyneux. Though a solid game, Fable did not hold up to the revolutionary and dynamic RPG it was set up to be.
He makes sky-high promises and claims he can make a game pretty much by himself and in Flash; this guy has Molyneux Syndrome written ALL over him.
