Someone, namely a skank, who doesn't like to spend money, especially even when they have. Normally associated with un-stylish people who don't spend money on clothes.

ME: hey, abbie, do you want to go to the mall with alyssa?
ABBIE: nah, she's a money skank, she won't drop a dime!
