A phrase used on Tiktok to indicate a frustration towards the perceived slowness of uploading by a TikTok account which illegally reposts an entire film or TV show on the TikTok as multiple (e.g. tens or hundreds) clips or videos.
Often the phrase demonstrates a sense of distasteful entitlement or “rat behaviour” on part of the demander.
