mspec = multisexual spectrum: "attracted to multiple genders". e.g. bisexual, pansexual, etc.
an mspec lesbian is someone who is mspec AND feels their sapphic attraction is especially important, enough that the term 'lesbian' feels right alongside another term.
it's arguably similar to the term 'sapphic', covering wlw who are also attracted to other genders.
'mspec lesbian' does NOT BY DEFAULT mean "lesbian who is attracted to men", as mspec identities can encompass attraction to any combination of gender identities, which may or may not include men.
it's a simple way of expressing being mspec while also focusing on the sapphic part of one's identity.
"I'm an mspec lesbian! I'm a bisexual girl who likes girls and enbies, but the lesbian part of my identity is very important to me. So, that's why I call myself a bi lesbian."

A 'lesbian' that is attracted to men.
Typically used for people who identify is bi lesbian, pan lesbian, etc.
They will never be valid as lesbians cannot be attracted to men or any man-aligned gender.
Person 1: "Hey, Emily said she's a mspec lesbian on twitter!"
Person 2: "We gotta block her fr.."

An mspec lesbian is someone who thinks they are “lesbian” when they like men.
they will never be valid because lesbians do not like men or male aligned genders and in no situation is it ok!
Person 1: “Oh my god, I just an mspec lesbian on my fyp”
Person 2: “Ew oh my god, block that fake lesbian”
