When you are facing a big test/challenge of which the result matters of some kind, the sudden urge too poo your guts out.

Mom: C'mon Brad, you are going to be late for your exam if you don't leave now!
Brad: But mom, i have to go to the bathroom! Can't make it! Serious case of nerve-crapping!
