An ambiguous statement, meaning variously that all news is in some measure false, that an absence of received information on a given topic is meaningful, or that there is no greater reality than nothingness; take your pick, add your own.

Used to describe a new convert of the Jehovahβs Witness religion (see definition for βin the Truthβ).
Witnesses will often use the phrase to alert each other of a new member so that everyone knows they need to be on their best behavior.
