A way of saying "okay" when you really don't mean it or don't even agree with it at all.
Bob: "Let's go and see the new »Star Wars» movie!"
Connie: "Nokay."
Purposely combining "No" and "Okay" for the sake of confuse people. It's especially useful when you don't know if you want to agree to something or not.
Person 1: Would you like some soda?
Person 2: Nokay!
Person 1: ...Nokay? So is that a yes or a no?
Person 2: Exactly.

"No" with a 3rd grade mastery of sarcasm.
3rd grade boy: My friend wanted me to ask you if you'll go with him.
