Any strong alcoholic beverage. The term refers to the red, stippled nose that long-term alkies generally develop upon long-term alcohol abuse.

Nose Painting

Stimulation of the female genitals using (or partial use of) one's nose. To muff or go down on a woman whilst using one's nose.

My wife sure enjoyed my nose painting last night. There is nothing better than nose painting first thing in the morning.
