Nuggee Deep

A term used to describe the height at which a man in standing in a body of water; if the man is "nuggee deep", the water level is equivalent to that of his balls.

Friend A: "Hey bro, jump into the pool!"
Friend B: "No can do, I need to adjust to how cold it is, so right now I'm nuggee deep."
