Popular term used in parts of Illinois and other mid western areas that Explains a crack baby usually born in a trailer or other mobile dwelling that’s not registered at a hospital or by medical staff.
So there was an off the grid crack baby found in a trailer and someone is wanting to adopt it.
An infant born to a crack addicted mother or family that doesn’t have any official identification (ie.birth certificate or social security #)
Person1-“did you end up adopting that off the grid crack baby?”
Persons2-“no, I think I’m going to die soon”
