To perform a ridiculous act, with a considerable chance of long term injury as a result. Can also be refered to as 'typical 'Oughts', when a stupid act is repeated, or is extremely predictable.
man 1: so what did you get up to at the weekend?
man 2: well, i set off a firework from my arse, but I over clenched, and gripped the rocket too tight. I badly burnt the cheeks of my arse. Luckily a pal tenderly applied coolent to my posterior. If I hadn't had that crate of super tennents it would have hurt so much i'd have had to stop drinking!

Boy, you've really done it this time. If you're searched up this term that means the old man's pissed and he ought to give you a good slugging. "Why I Ought To" is used in the darkest of times, and is usually a last-resort in situations like this. So, next time you hear this, alert the authorities or flee the scene at once, for your very life may hang in the balance.

What some people say about the summer who know global warming is taking place and are frustrated with ass holes who can't get that down in there head and/or who just don't care.
