Spending an inordinate amount of time in the bathroom at work. (I.e. especially masturbating)

John was in there for about 3 hours, I don't know if he is backed up or he was just owning the company.

verb. a nicer way of saying "masturbate"
obviously you can replace "my" with "your" "her" or whatever.
take note that this phrase means only with yourself, NOT a hand job.
can be either masculine or feminine in its usage.

Jim: "I enjoy my own company for 2 hours every night."
Bill: "What, are you single?"
Jim: (sigh...)
