Above definition was found under a tentative definition of Pat down: Would it, more plausibly, read "frisk search" rather than "firsk search?"
The word "convict" has been defined in law, adequately.
But, it's more challenging to define the word,
"suspect."

The "PF pat-down" (also known as the "Patriot Plunge") is a homosexual act consisting of one (gay) man standing feet spread wide with both hands on his head, while a second (also gay) man comes up from behind and "checks for wires" (gropes him). This is often used as a ritual of "initiation"into a gay nightclub or, in many cases, a very serious militia group opposed to the US Government.
