Penal Sneeze

A penal sneeze is a person who, in general, would wish to be claimed as an accident by their birth-givers by some undefined and highly unfortunate series of events. For this reason they could not be claimed as anything other than a "penal sneeze."

Guy 1: Wow, that guy/girl is so bad at life... they annoy me so much!

Guy 2: Yeah, how does such a terrible being come to exist do you think?

Guy 1: Penal sneeze maybe.

Guy 2: Word.
