Personal Invitation

When someone asks you to do something by incinuation you need a personal invitation sent to for you to do it.

Hey BOB, can you start making a pot of coffee for the board meeting? (15 min later no pot of coffee) Bob! do you need a personal invitation? go make the damn coffee!
