"Pike in", derivative of an East End Cockney expression.

Definition:
The groundedness necessary to remain sane on the current life path you're on.

Common usage:
"Thank goodness I'm not a movie star. It'd be impossible to pike in."

Discovered during 4 hour periodontal procedure at a celebrity mecca dental office.
