A pill baby is, in other words, a whoopsie baby that a female gets pregnant with due to ignoring her birth control alarms.

Son: “Mom, was I an accident?”

Mother: “No, sweetheart, that sounds so permanent. I was 20 though and you definitely were a pill baby.”
