I have been pink nosing the boss lady since I've started here. It hasn't earned me any pinkie points, but if does feel nice.
Over complementing or sucking up to a female boss, coworker, etc. for professional, political or sexual gain. Similar to brown nosing but specific to a female.
"John is such a kiss ass. He's been brown nosing Mary all day."
"Nah, man, that's pink nosing."
A way of describing a woman's breasts (usually said amongst guys)
"Dude, check out her two pink nosed ferrets" breasts
