A sexual act involving Hawaiians and fists soaked with cobra venom. After soaking one's fists with the venom, the fists are then shoved violently into the assholes of Hawaiians, quickly paralyzing and killing them.

Those Hawaii chicks thought they were all that until I unleashed the poison fists of the pacific rim on them - now they're dead.
