Polish sister

A woman who has shared the same lover as another woman. The bond of a polish sister is unbreakable and undeniable. Most polish sisters are estranged from their other polish sisters but once in a while they will get together to talk about an ex-lover they have in common.

His ex-girlfriend is now my polish sister. I would be okay with this, except for the fact that she had a mean case of Herpes.
