When the actitude or presonality of someone is heavily influenced by a movie. Subject may act like the main character or main villian of the movie.

(after watching Iron Man)
Guy 1: Look, I'm Tony Stark! Yeah!
Guy 2: Dude, relax, you have a Post Movie Syndrome attack.
Guy 1: Nothing you say will stop Tony Stark! Whoo!
