Potty Flop

The action of incomplete sitting upon a toilet in the aftermath of a leg workout. Often painful, this effect can last for 1-3 days. Depending on the severity of the potty flop, the afflicted trainee may get as little as 20 degrees into a knee bend before giving up and bruising their buttocks on the toilet seat.

"Those ass-to-grass squats gave me such bad potty flop! I didn't get halfway down before falling!"

The act of falling off the toilet (face first) while drunk.

Man I was drunk as hell last night and passed out on the john and and ended up busting a potty flop on my face!
