when a man's balls get so sweaty they flow through your hands like sand

bob had track practice one day and he noticed he was very sweaty. so he went to the bathroom to take a dump. before he sat down he noticed his balls where just hanging down. i cover his balls with his hands and they seep through his fingers. hence the word Puddy Balls
