To do an act of considerable stupidity, usually revolving around a position of power you gave to yourself. (Such as demotions to exercise said power)

Cat: Hey, did you see Xero? He owns that Starship Troopers Roleplay Community and demoted admins for fun?

Dog: Yeah, he was quite the one to pull a scout.
