Pulling a USA is when ur turning left onto a 4 lane road, and instead of going into the first lane, u decide it would be alright in heavy traffic to go straigt into the 4th lane

Amarican: *Drives into the 4th lane when turning left*
Canadian: Aww that MoFo is pulling a USA
