The act of going around collecting garbage for no apparent reason.(Someone who is pulling a wall-e also might be collecting some of the garbage they find.)

Alec: Hey check out that hobo over there.
Kelly: Haha, yeah he's totally pulling a wall-e!
Alec: I wonder what he has in his collection.
