The period where extreme weight gain is present after the end of a relationship. The result of eating to many tubs of ice cream and doughnut holes.

Luke: "Damn CG is looking Fat."
Alec: "Yeah, it's that rebound swell"
Garrett: "She shouldn't have eaten so many doughnut holes."
