Respissnation

In lieu of a formal resignation letter you just walk into your managers office drop your pants and piss on the floor, say “I QUIT” and walk out. Also known as “KICK DOWN THE DOOR AND PISS ON THE FLOOR”.

“As barbarella had finally had enough of the disrespect in her workplace she felt they no longer deserved a proper resignation letter and 2 weeks notice, they were getting a respissnation.”

“Whoa Darryl! Did you see Tammy just walk out of the managers office?!”
“Oh for sure! She just did a respissnation allllll over the carpet”
