Used in order to gain satisfaction after you have been blocked by someone on an instant messenger. You block the person back, even though they already appear offline.

"Dude, I got blocked by someone on MSN so I had to block them back."
"Did you block them first?"
"No man, it was a revenge block."

Basically, perorming a cock block on someone, usually a friend, who just cock blocked you.
