When you shove a Popsicle stick up your partner's ass, have them poop it out (in a log of poop) then freeze said "Poopsicle" and in turn shove it up your own ass and fuck yourself with it.

I totally tried the reverse Popsicle with my girlfriend last night.

Now I'm afraid she"ll break up with me because she thinks I'm sick.
