The fag (cigarette) that one steps outside to smoke to get away from a person or group of people collectively licking Barack Obama's anus.

I didn't mind that they were all liberals, but when they started in on that shitty Will I Am song, I HAD to grab a rim fag.

I should sue Obama. I'm going to get cancer and die at least ten years early from all the rim fags I have to grab in this hippie town.
