phrase to describe someone who is rough, or dresses roughly. Doesn't seem to appear in dialects outside Cheshire, North West England.

1) Mum: are you going out like that??
Daughter: yeh, why?
Mum: you look like a right rum troll.

2) She's a right rum troll.
