when you bend over to fix a broken appliance, a mexican comes running out of nowhere and pecker-slaps you in the eye and keeps running off into the horizon

Bob: "So how did you get your black eye Billy?"

Billy: "My hose snapped so i bent over to tape it and i got hit by a running mexican!"

Mexican Run Around

When your doin some chick and you give it so her in the front than literally run around her to give it to her in the back and than finish her off with a dirty sanchez.

Niel gave some ugly chick a mexican run around. She liked it alittle too much.
