a person who makes people salty no matter what situation they are in and will do anything to get a reaction out of you. Once you have reacted in a salty way they will use that situation against you in future arguments. A great example is anyone named Harry.
"As soon as the salt barer entered the room, everyone was ready to see their next victim get salty."
Someone who has taken in so much salt that now everywhere they go they make others salty just for a reaction that they can use against you in future arguments. An example of a well know salt barer is anyone with the name of Harry W.
"As soon as the salt barer entered the room, their next victim was ready for the salt."
