To buy out(very cheap)or steal one or more items with the intent of selling for a much higher price without the public buyers knowledge.

"I bought out ALL these items from dollar tree, I'm going to post them for $3 each on my offerup page, people will buy them because theirs none left in the stores"....

"You sure about that?Don't you think that's a bit scamdalous?"
