scare chair

Any chair over which you put a paper bag with a mean, ferocious face drawn or painted on it over the back part.

A scare chair is especially frightful if someone breaks into a house to put the bag over a chair and doesn't leave a clue as to who did it.

When you sit at an occupied table with the intention of making them move by being loud and/or annoying.

Aka: Scaring people away from a table

Friend: "There are no free tables for all of us...what should we do?"

You: "Let's go to that one and Chair Scare them"
