A way of politely saying you are going to be going to the lavatory to take a shit. Became popular in Zimbabwe around the turn of the millennia, and has been household saying ever since.

"That meal was amazing, but now I need to send a fax to mugabe."

"Make sure you send a fax to mugabe before we leave because we are not stopping the car on our way down south."
